If you need to add a signature confirmation please send us a note when you place your order and signature confirmation will be added for free upon your request. On orders $600 or more, signature confirmation will be applied automatically.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in USA. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We offer free shipping across the U.S. — with some exceptions.
Your order will be shipped via US Post Office with a tracking number to the shipping address given by you related to your order and when they deliver to you it will be marked on the US Post Office web page (DELIVERED) which is considered as a delivery confirmation and at that point our responsibility ends.

If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability.
